Defective or incorrect items: DynastyArmory covers all return shipping costs.
Personal reasons: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please ensure returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide an exchange at no additional cost.
Exchange requests must comply with the same timeline and conditions as returns.
